In many cases, like that of Ra\u00edsa Martins dos Santos, this abuse ends tragically and brutally.<\/p>\n<div class=\"google-anno-skip google-anno-sc\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\" aria-label=\"Self-defense classes\" data-google-vignette=\"false\" data-google-interstitial=\"false\">Self-defense classes<\/div>\n<p>Before being murdered by her ex-husband, Ra\u00edsa made a shocking revelation to a friend, where she recounted the humiliation and psychological control she was subjected to. She said that her ex treated her cruelly, saying that he \u201ccut off my wedding ring, chopped it up with pliers and threw it in my face.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4726 lazyloaded\" src=\"https:\/\/topmodel1.socialblockchainnetwork.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/image-112.png\" alt=\"\" data-src=\"https:\/\/topmodel1.socialblockchainnetwork.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/image-112.png\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>These words are, in a way, a cry for help from a woman who, like so many others, lived in a relationship marked by emotional and physical abuse. Ra\u00edsa, 29, had recently separated from Rafael dos Santos after a four-year marriage.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4727 lazyloaded\" src=\"https:\/\/topmodel1.socialblockchainnetwork.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/image-113.png\" alt=\"\" data-src=\"https:\/\/topmodel1.socialblockchainnetwork.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/image-113.png\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>During the separation, she revealed in a conversation with a friend that her ex-husband constantly humiliated her, accusing her of not being submissive enough for him.
