According to initial reports, the minor, identified as\u00a0\u00a0Arlex Perdomo Rojas<\/strong>\u00a0, died on Friday, February 14, after arriving home, overheated from playing in the street, entering his home, going to the\u00a0\u00a0refrigerator\u00a0and drinking a glass of water.<\/p>\n

This would have caused the child to develop\u00a0\u00a0heat stroke<\/strong>\u00a0, since, after consuming this cold drink, minutes later\u00a0\u00a0his health began to deteriorate.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Local media reported that although the boy was taken to a medical center,\u00a0\u00a0life-saving efforts were unsuccessful, and he died.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Authorities are conducting the respective investigations to determine the causes of Arlex\u2019s death, after engaging in an activity that any child would want to be doing.<\/p>\n

The school Arlex attended expressed his condolences.<\/h2>\n

The Albania Educational Institution issued a statement expressing that Arlex\u2019s death \u201cleaves an immense void, but\u00a0\u00a0his legacy of love and enthusiasm will remain in our hearts.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

The minor was in third grade, where he taught his classmates, friends, and teachers the\u00a0\u00a0\u201cvalue of every moment.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cWe send a hug of strength and resilience to his entire family as they face this difficult time,\u201d the statement reads.<\/p>\n

The child\u2019s death has caused shock throughout the municipality of Albania. Therefore, the Mayor\u2019s Office decided to send a message to his family.<\/p>\n

His passing leaves a huge void in our hearts, but his legacy will live forever in our memories.
